Exhibiting at VidCon Anaheim 2027

VidCon is the largest event for the creator economy — online video creators, their fans, and the platforms, brands and agencies that support them. The Anaheim flagship runs late June at the Anaheim Convention Center (2026 was June 25–27; 2027 dates are not yet published). For exhibitors, the relevant ground is the Expo Hall and the Pro/Industry track, where platforms, brand marketers, talent agencies and creator-tools companies set up — Snap, software platforms and consumer brands among them.

VidCon is a young, high-energy, photo-driven crowd. Booths win on activation and experience, not on seated meetings — interactive moments, content backdrops, and creator meet-and-greet space convert far better than a brochure rack. The booth has to be built for a phone camera and a moving crowd.

Booths built for activation

Most VidCon exhibitors take inline or small-island space — a 10x10 for a focused creator tool or brand, a 20x20 island for a platform activation with a stage or photo moment, a 30x30 for a major brand or platform building a branded experience with creator stations and a small theater. The Industry/Pro side also values quieter meeting space for the business that happens around the show, so larger stands often blend an open activation face with a back-of-booth meeting area.

The design priorities are an experience people want to photograph, a flow that handles a crowd and queue without blocking the aisle, and durable surfaces — a young, hands-on audience is hard on a booth.

Anaheim logistics

The Anaheim Convention Center sits in a right-to-work state and is one of the more exhibitor-friendly major US venues, which generally means simpler labor coordination than a union house. We pre-build and inspect in Las Vegas — a short 3–5 day lane to Anaheim — and the install replicates an approved build. We still manage all required labor, rigging and the ACC paperwork; the environment is simply lighter-touch.

Because the 2027 dates aren’t published yet, we lock the build to the confirmed late-June window and finalize details once the organizer releases them.

Pricing for a VidCon booth

Anaheim is an 80% city on our cost model. A turnkey VidCon booth runs from about $10,800 for a 10x10 to roughly $95,300 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive. For an activation show, the value usually skews toward experience, screens and lighting over raw structure.

Every quote is one number: design, build, graphics, freight, install, dismantle and ACC paperwork.

★ Insider Notes ★

What Our Team Tells VidCon Anaheim 2027 Exhibitors

  • Design for the phone camera — a photographable moment is the booth’s real reach at VidCon, far more than any printed message.
  • Plan crowd flow and a queue line; a young audience moves in waves and a poorly-planned activation spills into the aisle fast.
  • Build durable — surfaces, counters and interactives take a beating from a hands-on crowd over three days.
  • If you’re on the Industry/Pro side, carve out a quiet meeting corner; the business gets done away from the activation noise.
  • Use the right-to-work venue to compress the schedule, but still get electrical and rigging orders in before the ACC advance deadline.
  • Lock the late-June build window now and treat exact 2027 dates as a confirmation item once the organizer publishes them.

How much does a VidCon booth cost?

A turnkey booth runs from about $10,800 for a 10x10 to roughly $95,300 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive. Anaheim is an 80% city on our cost model.

Who exhibits at VidCon?

Platforms, brand marketers, talent agencies and creator-tools companies exhibit in the Expo Hall and around the Pro/Industry track — the booth-relevant side of the creator-economy show.

What kind of booth works at VidCon?

Activation-led booths — interactive moments, content backdrops and creator stations — win over brochure-style stands. The booth should be built for a phone camera and a moving crowd.

Is the booth shipped from Anaheim or Las Vegas?

It is pre-built and inspected at our Las Vegas warehouse, then shipped a short 3–5 days to the Anaheim Convention Center, where the crew replicates an approved build.

Is Anaheim easier on labor than a union city?

Yes — the Anaheim Convention Center is in a right-to-work state and is one of the more exhibitor-friendly major venues, though we still manage all required labor and paperwork.

What size booth is typical at VidCon?

A 10x10 for a focused tool or brand; a 20x20 island for a platform activation with a stage or photo moment; a 30x30 for a major branded experience with creator stations and a theater.

What’s included in the price?

A custom 3D rendering, full graphics, round-trip freight from Las Vegas, certified install and dismantle, lighting, electrical and rigging coordination, and a dedicated project manager.

How fast can I get a quote?

One business day: send the form and inside 24 hours you have a 3D design plus one number covering the whole VidCon Anaheim build.

How early should I book?

Book 10–14 weeks out; activation builds and any AV or staging should be planned early.

Do you provide on-site support during VidCon?

Yes — an on-site lead is included for any issue during show hours, which matters for an interactive, high-traffic activation.

Should I rent or buy for VidCon?

For a once-a-year activation show where the campaign changes each year, renting wins on cost and lets you build a fresh experience every time.
