30x30 at a Glance
30x30 Trade Show Booth Rentals — What Exhibitors Actually Get
All-inclusive 30x30 island exhibits — a 900-square-foot island delivered fully turnkey, so one number on the proposal covers design, fabrication, graphics, freight, install, dismantle and every piece of show paperwork.
Exhibit Rentals runs a single warehouse model out of Las Vegas. Every booth in our 30x30 inventory is pre-assembled and inspected at our facility before it ships, so the on-site install replicates an approved build rather than assembling for the first time under deadline pressure. You can see finished examples in our project portfolio.
Who a 30x30 Footprint Fits
Tier-one exhibitors, product launches, briefings tend to land on the 30x30. Where it works consistently comes down to floor area and staffing: at 900 square feet with a team of about 10–14, it suits exhibitors whose goals match the space rather than fight it.
What Fits in 900 Square Feet
Nine hundred square feet on a square island supports a hanging sign visible across the hall, a central theater or hospitality zone seating 15–20, perimeter demos on three sides, one or two enclosed meeting rooms, storage, a lead station and a small refreshment bar.
What doesn't fit: full anchor-tenant programming with a 30-plus-seat theater and four or more enclosed meeting rooms. For that, step up to 30x40.
Layout and Floor-Plan Considerations
A square island's layout comes down to one question: theater-first or hospitality-first. Theater-first suits product-launch shows driven by scheduled presentations; hospitality-first suits relationship-driven shows. Half-measures produce a booth that does neither well.
Notes From Our Project Managers
Field notes on the 30x30 footprint — Sham Nagmote
- Lock the theater-vs-hospitality decision before design starts; every downstream choice follows from it.
- Meeting rooms need real acoustic isolation — a partition that leaks conversation costs you the meetings you built the booth for.
- Confirm the venue's freight and drayage tier before we crate — it's the line item that surprises exhibitors most.
- Send graphics files early. Print production, not build, is the usual cause of a tight timeline.
What's Included in a 30x30 Rental

2026 Pricing for a 30x30 Booth
Across the US, a turnkey 30x30 trade show booth rental runs roughly $32,500 to $220,000 per show. Two independent factors move the number: your build (design complexity, materials, AV count, architectural detail) and your city (freight distance from Las Vegas plus local labor and drayage rules).
The single biggest swing is where you exhibit. A 30x30 built for a Las Vegas show starts near our warehouse floor; the same booth in a high-cost union city like Chicago can run substantially higher on the all-in number — and almost all of that difference is freight and venue labor, not design or fabrication. Use the search bar at the top of this page to see pricing for your exact city.
Rent vs Buy at 30x30
At the 30x30 footprint, the rent-versus-buy decision tracks how many shows you run per year and how fast your brand evolves. Renting wins on cash flow and design flexibility for a light-to-moderate schedule; buying can amortize lower only with five or more shows a year, stable branding over a 3–5 year horizon, and the operational capacity to manage storage and refurbishment between events.
