Toy Fair 2027: An Honest Overview
Toy Fair is the toy industry's marketplace and is trade-only — retailers, buyers and media, not the public — at the Javits Center. The floor is product: lots of small, colourful, sometimes high-value samples that need clean display walls, good lighting and security, with the show restricting booth photography. Two honest budget realities apply, as with any Javits show: New York is our most expensive market, and the Javits Center has the strictest union-labor rules of any US venue. The 2027 edition is February 20–23. We plan both into one number and lean on warehouse pre-build.
Why Exhibit Rentals for Toy Fair
We do not warehouse in New York, so for Toy Fair we pre-build and inspect your stand in Las Vegas, you approve preview photos, then it ships and our certified crew installs at the Javits Center. One signed quote covers design, build, graphics, lighting, round-trip freight, install and dismantle, with Javits union labor and drayage planned in — not after the show. For a product-display floor that means secure, well-lit sample walls and clean product staging are engineered before the booth ships, and the country's strictest labor venue is handled by a crew that plans for it.
Exhibiting at Toy Fair
Exhibiting at Toy Fair: what the trade-only toy floor rewards. Toy Fair is a buying show, and trade-only — the aisles are retailers and buyers deciding what to stock. The booth's job is to present a deep product line cleanly and securely and to give buyers room to handle samples and talk, all within a venue that restricts photography so the live experience matters more than the picture. That means lit display walls, organised shelving, controlled display for high-value or pre-release product, and a place to write orders.
Who exhibits: toy and game makers from startups to global brands, plus youth entertainment, licensing and inventors. Because the product is many small, colourful, sometimes sensitive samples, display density, lighting and sample security drive the design more than structure does.
Logistics: Toy Fair is at the Javits Center — our most expensive market and the strictest labor venue — so pre-build, display engineering and labor planning are the decisions that matter. We assemble and inspect in Las Vegas, you approve photos, and our crew installs at the Javits Center with union labor and drayage scoped into the quote. Lock your design about twelve weeks out given freight and the Javits move-in window.
