Exhibiting at The Clean Show 2027
The Clean Show is North America’s largest exposition for laundering, dry-cleaning and textile care — machinery, chemicals, equipment and textile services. One critical fact every exhibitor needs: it is a biennial show held in odd years. There is no 2026 edition. The 2025 show was in Orlando; the next Clean Show runs July 15–18, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Because it’s now a Las Vegas show and our warehouse is in Las Vegas, a Clean Show booth is delivered across town rather than shipped.
The Clean Show is a machinery show with live demonstrations — washers, dryers, finishing equipment and full textile-care systems running on the floor. That makes floor load, power and water/drainage coordination far more central than at a typical exhibit, and it rewards a booth designed around working equipment rather than around graphics.
Booths built around working machinery
Most Clean Show exhibitors are demonstrating real equipment, so the stand has to support it: floor-load planning for heavy machines, the right electrical service, and in many cases water and drainage for live washing and finishing demos. A 10x10 suits a chemical, software or services supplier; a 20x20 island gives room for one or two machines plus a demo and counter; a 30x30 supports a full equipment lineup with a demo runway and meeting space.
Because the machinery is the message, the booth’s job is to make the equipment easy to see running and easy to talk about — clear sightlines, safe demo zones and enough room for an operator to actually run the machine for a crowd.
The in-city Las Vegas advantage
Las Vegas is our home market and the lowest-cost of any major host city, and an in-city Clean Show booth skips long-haul freight — which matters more here than usual, because heavy machinery and the structure around it are expensive to move. Building in-city also lets us stage and coordinate the equipment install with the LVCC move-in sequence directly.
We handle the LVCC floor-load approvals, power and rigging, water and drainage coordination for live demos, and all required labor — the practical logistics that make a working-machinery booth land cleanly.
Pricing for a Clean Show booth
Because The Clean Show is now in Las Vegas, pricing sits at our lowest tier of any host city: from about $6,700 for a 10x10 to roughly $59,500 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive (the structure; heavy-machinery rigging and any water/drainage are quoted to your specific equipment).
Every quote is one number for the booth: design, build, graphics, local delivery, install, dismantle and LVCC paperwork.
