Exhibiting at SupplySide Global 2026

SupplySide West — rebranded SupplySide Global for 2026 — is North America’s largest B2B trade show for the health, nutrition and functional-food industry: raw ingredients, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, functional foods and beverages, and the contract manufacturing, testing and packaging that support them. It runs October 26–30 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, with the expo hall on October 28–30 in a new three-day format. Because it’s a Las Vegas show and our warehouse is in Las Vegas, a SupplySide booth is delivered across town rather than shipped.

SupplySide is a sourcing-and-formulation show. Buyers are R&D, product-development, procurement and QA professionals comparing ingredient suppliers and manufacturers side by side. The booth has to present ingredients and capabilities credibly, support technical conversations, and where relevant offer tasting or sampling of finished-product concepts.

Booths for an ingredient-and-sourcing audience

A 10x10 carries a focused ingredient or service with a sample display and a meeting counter; a 20x20 island gives room for a fuller portfolio, a tasting or demo area and a meeting corner; a 30x30 supports a large capability showcase with a theater and private meeting rooms for formulation and supply conversations. Where you sample finished concepts, the booth needs the counter, refrigeration and back-of-house discipline of a food show layered onto a technical presentation.

Because buyers are technical and comparing suppliers, accuracy and substance carry weight — clear capability messaging and knowledgeable staff beat spectacle.

The in-city Las Vegas advantage

Las Vegas is our home market and the lowest-cost of any host city, and an in-city SupplySide booth skips long-haul freight entirely. We build for Mandalay Bay every week and handle all Mandalay Bay labor, rigging and paperwork, and the in-city model lets us turn the booth around on a tight timeline — useful for suppliers finalizing which ingredients or concepts to feature late.

If you exhibit at SupplySide and another Vegas show, we store and re-skin the same structure between them at no storage cost for 90-day windows.

Pricing for a SupplySide booth

Because SupplySide is in Las Vegas, pricing sits at our lowest tier of any host city: from about $6,700 for a 10x10 to roughly $59,500 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive, with tasting/refrigeration build included where you sample.

Every quote is one number: design, build, graphics, local delivery, install, dismantle and Mandalay Bay paperwork.

What Our Team Tells SupplySide Global 2026 Exhibitors

  • Note the rebrand — SupplySide West is now SupplySide Global; same Mandalay Bay show, new three-day expo format.
  • Lead with capability and accuracy — SupplySide buyers are technical and comparing suppliers; substance beats spectacle.
  • If you sample finished concepts, design the tasting flow with counter, refrigeration and back-of-house, like a food show.
  • Build credible meeting space for formulation and supply conversations; the deals are technical and often confidential.
  • Use the in-city advantage to finalize featured ingredients or concepts late and to turn the booth around quickly.
  • Get Mandalay Bay electrical and any refrigeration power orders in before the advance deadline.

SupplySide Global 2026 Booth Rental — Buyer Questions

Real answers with real numbers. Click any question to expand.

Where is SupplySide Global (West) 2026 held?

SupplySide Global 2026 takes place October 26–30, 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, with the expo hall October 28–30. It was formerly called SupplySide West.

Is SupplySide West the same as SupplySide Global?

Yes — SupplySide West was rebranded SupplySide Global for 2026, with a new three-day expo format. Same Las Vegas show at Mandalay Bay.

How much does a SupplySide booth cost?

Las Vegas is our lowest-cost host city, and SupplySide West / Global benefits directly: from about $6,700 for a 10x10 to roughly $59,500 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive.

Can the booth handle tasting and sampling?

Yes — where you sample finished concepts, we build the tasting counter, refrigeration and back-of-house with the same discipline as a food show, layered onto the technical presentation.

Is the booth shipped or delivered locally?

Locally. Our warehouse is in Las Vegas, so a SupplySide booth is built in-city and delivered across town to Mandalay Bay — no long-haul freight and the fastest turnaround.

What size booth do most ingredient suppliers take?

A 10x10 for a focused ingredient or service; a 20x20 island for a fuller portfolio with a tasting or demo area; a 30x30 for a large capability showcase with a theater and private meeting rooms.

What’s included in the price?

A custom 3D rendering, full graphics, local delivery, certified install and dismantle, tasting/refrigeration build where needed, electrical and rigging coordination, show paperwork and a dedicated project manager.

How fast can I get a quote?

Within 24 hours of your enquiry you have a custom 3D concept and a single fixed figure for your SupplySide West / Global stand — nothing billed separately later.

How early should I book?

Book 10–14 weeks out for a good Mandalay Bay position; because we build in-city, rush timelines are achievable.

Do you handle Mandalay Bay labor and drayage?

We handle Mandalay Bay end to end for SupplySide West / Global: venue labor, rigging, steward sign-offs, and drayage — all inside the single quote.

Can I reuse the booth for another Vegas show?

Yes — we store it 90 days at no cost and re-skin it for your next Vegas show after SupplySide West / Global.

Should I rent or buy for SupplySide?

For a once-a-year sourcing show where your featured ingredients and concepts change, renting wins on cash flow and lets you refresh each year.
