Exhibiting at MINExpo 2028
MINExpo International is the largest mining exposition in the world — equipment, technology, services and safety for every phase of mining, from exploration to processing. One fact dominates planning for it: MINExpo is held only once every four years at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The last edition was 2024; the next is September 26–28, 2028. There is no 2026 or 2027 MINExpo, so a booth program here is a quadrennial, make-it-count investment. Because it’s a Las Vegas show and our warehouse is in Las Vegas, a MINExpo booth is delivered across town rather than shipped.
MINExpo is defined by enormous machinery — some of the largest trucks and equipment in the world appear on the floor — which makes floor load, power, rigging and structural planning far more central than at a typical show. The booth has to share the hall with heavy iron and still present a credible, navigable brand to a buying audience where the overwhelming majority arrive ready to purchase.
Booths built around heavy equipment
Many MINExpo exhibitors bring real machinery or large sub-assemblies. A 10x10 suits a components, software or services supplier; a 20x20 island gives room for equipment plus a demo and meeting corner; a 30x30 (and the larger islands common at this show) supports multiple machines, a theater and private meeting rooms. Floor load and rigging dominate the engineering of any stand carrying iron, and clear sightlines matter because the equipment is the draw.
Because the buying audience is highly transactional — a large share spend into seven and eight figures — the booth’s job is to support serious, technical sales conversations alongside the equipment display, with quiet meeting space to close.
The four-year-cycle advantage of building in-city
Las Vegas is our home market and the lowest-cost of any major host city, and an in-city MINExpo booth skips long-haul freight — which matters enormously when heavy machinery and the structure around it are involved. Building in-city also lets us coordinate the equipment install directly with the LVCC move-in sequence and handle floor-load approvals, power and rigging for the heaviest stands.
With a four-year gap between shows, planning early pays off: the strongest MINExpo positions and the rigging and floor-load coordination for heavy equipment are best locked well ahead.
Pricing for a MINExpo booth
Because MINExpo is in Las Vegas, the booth structure sits at our lowest tier of any host city: from about $6,700 for a 10x10 to roughly $59,500 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive (heavy-machinery rigging and floor-load engineering quoted to your specific equipment).
Every quote is one number for the booth: design, build, graphics, local delivery, install, dismantle and LVCC paperwork.
