IPPE 2027: An Honest Overview
IPPE is the protein and animal-food industry's flagship and the world's largest event of its kind, co-locating the Poultry, Meat and Feed expos under one GWCC roof. The floor is heavy on processing and production machinery — large, weighty equipment that exhibitors often run or stage live — alongside ingredients, packaging and plant services. The audience is operational: plant managers, engineers and purchasing agents writing real orders. The 2027 edition runs January 26–28. Atlanta is not a home market for us, so the build is freight-and-pre-build led, with the warehouse inspection as the risk reducer.
Why Exhibit Rentals for IPPE
We do not warehouse in Atlanta, so for IPPE we lean on what protects a cross-country show: full pre-build. Your stand is assembled and inspected at our Las Vegas facility, you approve preview photos, then it ships and our certified crew installs it at the GWCC. One signed quote covers design, build, graphics, lighting, round-trip freight, install and dismantle — not the organiser floor space. For an equipment-heavy floor that means the booth that takes your machinery, foot traffic and wash-down-adjacent product is engineered for it before it ever leaves the warehouse, and the Atlanta install is replication of an approved build.
Exhibiting at IPPE
Exhibiting at IPPE: what the processing floor rewards. IPPE is a working, operational show — the buyers run plants, and they judge a booth on whether the product and the machinery are presented clearly and credibly. That favours hard, sanitation-minded finishes, robust flooring under any equipment, clear demo zones where machinery can run, and a counter or meeting space for purchasing conversations. Soft consumer styling underperforms here; engineered competence reads.
Who exhibits: processing and production equipment, feed milling, ingredients and additives, packaging, automation, refrigeration and plant services, across the co-located Poultry, Meat and Feed expos. Many exhibitors stage live or semi-live equipment, so floor loading, power and the footprint around a running machine drive the layout more than aesthetics.
Logistics: Atlanta is a freight market for us, so the design decision that matters most is pre-build. We assemble and inspect the full stand in Las Vegas, you approve preview photos, and our certified crew installs at the GWCC — install becomes replication of an approved build. Lock your design about twelve to fourteen weeks out to leave room for equipment coordination, freight transit and any structural sign-off.
