Exhibiting at InfoComm 2027

InfoComm is the largest pro-AV and integrated-experience show in the Americas, and it alternates between Las Vegas and Orlando. The 2026 edition closed in Las Vegas; 2027 moves to Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, June 12–18, now co-located with two new events — RESIDE (residential integration) and Lightapalooza (lighting). For exhibitors, the Orlando year means a different venue, a different labor environment and a 4–5 day freight lane from our Las Vegas warehouse.

InfoComm is the most demanding show in this batch for one specific reason: it is an AV show, so the booths themselves are technology demonstrations. Monitor walls, LED, audio, control systems and live demo stations are the product, which makes power, rigging, signal and heat management as important as the structure.

Designing an AV-first booth

At InfoComm the booth has to make the technology perform. That means clean power distribution and enough amperage for video walls, planned rigging for hanging displays and trusses, cable management that survives a public floor, and acoustic separation so neighboring demos don’t bleed into yours. A 10x10 carries a single product wall and a demo counter; a 20x20 island supports a video wall plus a small theater; a 30x30 runs multiple demo zones, a presentation theater and meeting space.

Because InfoComm exhibitors live and die on the demo, we specify, source, install and operate the AV alongside the booth build — monitors, LED, audio, controllers and on-site operation in one quote rather than a separate AV vendor relationship.

Why the Orlando year is easier on labor

The Orange County Convention Center sits in a right-to-work state, and Orlando is one of the more exhibitor-friendly major US venues for install and dismantle — a contrast to the union-heavy environments at Javits or McCormick Place. That generally means simpler labor coordination and lower handling overhead than the equivalent Northeastern or Chicago show. We still manage all required labor, rigging and the OCCC paperwork; it is simply a lighter-touch environment.

We ship 4–5 days ahead and pre-build the full AV-integrated booth in Las Vegas, so the Orlando install is a replication of an approved, tested configuration — critical when the booth is essentially a live tech demo.

Pricing for an InfoComm booth in Orlando

Orlando is a 90% city on our cost model. A turnkey InfoComm booth runs from about $12,100 for a 10x10 to roughly $107,200 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive — with AV specification and on-site operation built into the quote rather than billed separately.

One invoice covers design, graphics, freight, install, dismantle, AV and OCCC show paperwork.

★ Insider Notes ★

What Our Team Tells InfoComm 2027 Exhibitors

  • Spec power to the video wall, not the floor plan — under-amped booths are the most common InfoComm failure, and the fix on-site is expensive.
  • Plan rigging early. Hanging displays and trusses drive your install sequence and the OCCC rigging slots fill around a big AV show.
  • Separate your demo audio. At InfoComm everyone is making noise; a little acoustic treatment is the difference between a demo people can hear and one they can’t.
  • Use the right-to-work advantage to compress the schedule, but still get electrical and rigging orders in before the OCCC advance deadline.
  • We pre-test the full AV configuration in Las Vegas before it ships — take the preview photos and signal check seriously, because that’s your dress rehearsal.
  • If you also exhibit at the Vegas InfoComm year, we store and re-skin the same structure between editions at no storage cost for 90 days.

InfoComm 2027 Booth Rental — Buyer Questions

Real answers with real numbers. Click any question to expand.

Where is InfoComm 2027 held?

InfoComm 2027 takes place June 12–18, 2027 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, co-located with the new RESIDE and Lightapalooza events. InfoComm alternates between Las Vegas and Orlando — 2026 was Las Vegas.

How much does an InfoComm booth cost in Orlando?

A turnkey InfoComm booth runs from about $12,100 for a 10x10 to roughly $107,200 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive — with AV specification and on-site operation included.

Do you provide the AV for my booth?

Yes. We specify, source, install and operate the AV — monitor walls, LED, audio, control systems and live demo stations — alongside the booth build, in one quote.

Is the Orlando labor environment easier than Las Vegas?

Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center is in a right-to-work state and is one of the more exhibitor-friendly major US venues, generally simpler than union-heavy houses. We still manage all required labor and paperwork.

Is the booth shipped or built locally?

It is pre-built, AV-integrated and tested at our Las Vegas warehouse, then shipped 4–5 days to Orlando. The OCCC install replicates an approved, tested configuration.

What size booth fits an AV exhibitor?

A 10x10 carries one product wall and a demo counter; a 20x20 island adds a video wall and small theater; a 30x30 runs multiple demo zones, a theater and meeting space.

What’s included in the price?

A custom 3D rendering, full graphics, round-trip freight from Las Vegas, AV specification and operation, certified install and dismantle, electrical and rigging coordination, and a dedicated project manager.

How fast can I get a quote?

You'll have a custom 3D rendering and the full fixed price for the Orange County Convention Center within 24 hours — one number, no post-show reconciliation.

How early should I book for InfoComm?

Book 12–16 weeks out; rigging slots and AV gear for a large pro-AV show should be reserved early.

Can you handle hanging displays and trusses?

Yes — we plan and coordinate all rigging with the OCCC, including hanging signs, trusses and suspended video, as part of the build.

Do you provide on-site support during InfoComm?

Yes — on-site AV operation and a project lead are included during show hours to keep the demos running.

Should I rent or buy for InfoComm?

Because InfoComm alternates cities and AV tech refreshes fast, renting and re-spec’ing each year usually beats buying and shipping a fixed AV booth across the country.
