Exhibiting at ICSC@Florida 2026
ICSC@Florida is the regional gathering of the International Council of Shopping Centers — the retail real estate and “marketplaces” industry — held August 30 to September 1, 2026 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. It brings together developers, landlords, retailers, brokers and leasing professionals to make deals across the Southeast. Because our warehouse is in Las Vegas, an ICSC booth is pre-built there and shipped to Orlando.
ICSC events are dealmaking-first. The exhibit floor is built around meetings, leasing conversations and deal tables rather than product demos. Many exhibitors take the show’s standard small package (a draped table, an ID sign and stools), so the booths that stand out are the ones that turn a modest footprint into an inviting, branded meeting space rather than a big island.
Booths built for dealmaking
Most ICSC@Florida exhibitors take inline or small footprints — a 10x10 with a branded back wall, a meeting table and seating is the workhorse. Larger developers and brokerages take 20x20 space to host multiple simultaneous meetings with a lounge feel. A 30x30 is the exception, for a major landlord or platform building a full hospitality-and-meeting environment.
Because the business is relationships and leasing deals, the design priorities are a clear brand presence, comfortable meeting seating, and a professional, uncluttered look. A booth here is judged on how easy it makes a productive conversation, not on spectacle.
Orlando logistics
The Orange County Convention Center is in a right-to-work state and is one of the more exhibitor-friendly major venues, generally simpler on labor than a Northeastern union house. Orlando is a 4–5 day freight lane from our Las Vegas warehouse. We pre-build and inspect the booth in Las Vegas, manage the required OCCC labor and paperwork, and the install replicates an approved build.
For a regional dealmaking event, the value of the warehouse pre-build is reliability: a clean, professional meeting space that’s ready when the deals start, without on-site assembly risk.
Pricing for an ICSC@Florida booth
Orlando is a 90% city on our cost model. A turnkey ICSC booth runs from about $12,100 for a 10x10 to roughly $107,200 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive — though most ICSC@Florida exhibitors land at the smaller footprints given the dealmaking format.
