Exhibiting at G2E Global Gaming Expo 2026
G2E — the Global Gaming Expo — is the largest gathering of the global gaming industry in North America, presented by the American Gaming Association. It runs September 28 to October 1, 2026 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, drawing roughly 25,000 commercial and tribal gaming professionals across slot machines, table games, sports betting, iGaming, casino management and non-gaming amenities. Because it’s a Las Vegas show and our warehouse is in Las Vegas, a G2E booth is delivered across town rather than shipped.
G2E is an equipment-and-experience show. Manufacturers bring real slot machines, table-gaming systems and large interactive displays onto the floor, which makes floor load, power and rigging central to the booth. The stands are also highly produced — gaming is an entertainment industry, so lighting and visual impact matter alongside the engineering.
Booths built for gaming equipment and impact
A 10x10 suits a systems, services or technology supplier; a 20x20 island gives room for a bank of machines or a gaming-tech display plus a meeting corner; a 30x30 (and the larger islands common at G2E) supports a full product floor with multiple machine banks, a demo or stage area and private meeting rooms for operator negotiations. Machine manufacturers need floor-load and power planning for banks of equipment; sports-betting and iGaming brands lean toward big screens and interactive demos.
Because gaming is entertainment, the visual production — lighting, LED, finish — carries real weight, and the booth has to balance that impact with the practical power and rigging the equipment needs.
The in-city Las Vegas advantage
Las Vegas is our home market and the lowest-cost of any host city, and an in-city G2E booth skips long-haul freight — a real advantage when banks of gaming machines and large produced displays are involved. Building in-city lets us coordinate the equipment install with The Venetian Expo move-in sequence and handle floor-load approvals, power and rigging for the heaviest, most produced stands.
We handle all required Venetian Expo labor, rigging and paperwork, and the in-city model lets us stage and re-stage produced gaming stands efficiently.
Pricing for a G2E booth
Because G2E is in Las Vegas, the booth structure sits at our lowest tier of any host city: from about $6,700 for a 10x10 to roughly $59,500 for a premium 30x30 island, all-inclusive (heavy gaming-equipment rigging, floor-load engineering and high-end lighting/LED quoted to your specific build).
Every quote is one number for the booth: design, build, graphics, local delivery, install, dismantle and Venetian Expo paperwork.
