Exhibits & Displays — the Full Rental Range

"Exhibit" and "display" cover everything from a single back-wall graphic to a 1,200-square-foot anchor island with a theater and meeting rooms. What they share at Exhibit Rentals is the model: one accountable team, one invoice, and a booth that is fully pre-built and inspected in Las Vegas before it ever reaches your show floor.

This page is the map. Pick the display type that matches your footprint and goals, and each link opens a dedicated guide with locked pricing and layout detail. If you already know your size, jump straight to the size guides; if you want something built from scratch, start with custom booths.

Inline Displays

Inline displays sit in a row with neighbors on both sides and read from the aisle. The 10x10, 10x20, and 10x30 are the workhorses — clean branding, one clear message, a demo point or two. For repeat regional shows, our modular displays reconfigure across footprints.

Island Exhibits

Islands have aisles on all four sides and 360° sightlines, so the hanging sign and central feature carry the booth. The 20x20 is the smallest true island; 30x30 and 30x40 support full theater-plus-meeting-room programming for tier-one exhibitors.

Modular & Custom

Modular systems are engineered to reconfigure — one kit covers several footprints across a show season. Custom builds start from a blank rendering when your brand needs something no kit delivers. Both rent turnkey.

Notes from the Project Manager
Marcus Reed · Senior Project Manager, Las Vegas
  • Send the show name, hall, and booth number first; the venue and labor jurisdiction drive every downstream date.
  • We pre-build and inspect the full booth in Las Vegas and send you preview photos; approve those and the on-site install just replicates them.
  • Lock graphics at final output size early; reprints are the most common rush cost.
  • Order electrical, rigging, and internet through the show 4 to 6 weeks out to avoid steep on-site rates.
  • Confirm hanging-sign eligibility and drayage tier before we crate so there is no surprise on the floor.
  • Build the runsheet (demos, meetings, hospitality) before graphics lock so counters and monitors land where the traffic is.

Exhibits & Displays FAQs

Real answers, no fluff. Click any question to expand.

What's the difference between an exhibit and a display?

In practice they're used interchangeably. "Display" often implies smaller inline setups; "exhibit" often implies larger island builds. We rent the full range under one turnkey model regardless of the label.

Do you rent or only sell?

We specialize in turnkey rentals — design, build, graphics, freight, install, and dismantle on one invoice. Renting wins for one to three shows a year on cash flow and design flexibility.

Can one display work for multiple show sizes?

Yes — that's what our modular systems are engineered for. One kit reconfigures across several footprints, so a 10x20 at one show becomes a 10x30 or 20x20 at the next.

How much does a rental exhibit cost?

It tracks footprint first. Inline displays start around $6,700 in Las Vegas; large islands run into six figures in high-cost markets. Each size guide lists locked pricing by city.

Where do you ship?

From our Las Vegas warehouse to 50+ cities, including Chicago, New York, Orlando, Los Angeles, Houston, San Diego, and Miami. Every booth is pre-built and inspected before it ships.

How fast can I get a quote?

Within 24 hours of submitting the quote form — a custom 3D rendering and full price, every line item under one fixed number.

What does turnkey actually mean here?

One invoice covers design, fabrication, graphics, freight, install, dismantle, and show paperwork. There is no separate drayage, electrical, or labor bill after the show.

Where do you build and ship from?

Everything is designed and pre-built at our Las Vegas warehouse, inspected, then shipped to your show city. Install and dismantle are handled by our certified crews.

What is the warehouse pre-build guarantee?

Every booth is fully assembled and inspected in Las Vegas before it ships. You approve preview photos; the on-site crew replicates an approved build rather than assembling for the first time on show day.

Do you handle drayage and union labor?

Yes. Drayage is included in the flat quote, and our crews coordinate every required union sign-off at the venue, with the COIs needed for install and dismantle access.

Can I add AV, monitors, and lighting?

Yes. Monitor walls, theater AV, LED towers, lighting design and controllers, touchscreens, and on-site operation are all sourced and run by our team under one quote.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 50% on design approval and 50% before ship date. We accept ACH, wire, and major credit cards. Net-30 is available for established corporate clients with credit approval.
