What should I include in my enquiry?
Show name, dates, city, booth size or booth number, and anything visual — floor plans, brand guides, or reference booths you like. The more context, the sharper the first rendering.
Can I visit the Las Vegas warehouse?
Yes — clients are welcome to visit our facility at 6920 S Cimarron Road, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89113, including during their booth's pre-build. Contact us to schedule a time.
Do you serve shows outside the US?
Through our sister brands — SOL Germany in Düsseldorf, SOL Dubai, and London Exhibition Company (new for 2026) — the group supports brands exhibiting across multiple regions under one relationship.
Is the quote really all-inclusive?
Yes. One fixed number covers design, fabrication, graphics, round-trip freight, install, dismantle, and show paperwork. There's no separate drayage, electrical, or labor invoice after the show.
