When a Client Has Concerns, Response Is Everything
Not every show is flawless from the first hour. How a team reacts when a client isn’t happy says far more than a perfect setup ever could.

An Uneasy Start — and a Choice About What to Do Next
The Pipe Company came to AHR Expo 2026 in Las Vegas with a 10×20 booth and clear expectations. Early in the show, a few of those expectations weren’t met — concerns came up around some custom-ordered items and show-day coordination with partners.
At that moment, the easy path would have been to explain it away. We chose the harder, better one: listen, take ownership, and put right what we could — there and then, on the floor.

Treating Every Concern as a To-Do
Rather than getting defensive, the team turned the client’s feedback into a checklist — and worked down it, in person, until the booth looked the way it should.
Taking the concerns to heart
The Pipe Company raised concerns relating to some custom-bought items and partner involvement on show day.
Sharpening the backlit counter
The backlit counter graphic needed to sit cleanly on the structure to look its best.
Tidying the side of the booth
The side display needed a more polished, intentional finish.
Turning an Uneasy Start Into a Five-Star Finish
By focusing on practical, visible improvements — a crisp backlit counter, a tidy side display — and staying close to the client throughout, our team turned an uneasy start into a genuinely positive finish.
By handover, The Pipe Company signed off fully satisfied — five stars, and a simple “all good!” on the feedback form. It’s the part of the job we take most seriously: when something isn’t right, we don’t look away — we make it right.
