Exhibit Rentals is a trade show booth rental company built around one idea: an exhibitor's only job on the floor should be converting attention into pipeline. Everything else — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, labor, drayage, and show paperwork — belongs on one invoice with one team that owns the outcome.
Exhibit Rentals has been an American company since 2017, headquartered at our own warehouse in Las Vegas and rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. Every booth we ship is American-built: fabricated, assembled, and inspected here before it travels. And because we are part of the SOL group, clients who also exhibit abroad reach Europe (SOL Germany, since 2015), the Middle East (SOL Dubai, since 2022), and the UK (London Exhibition Company, new for 2026) through the same relationship.
How We Work
The defining piece of our process is the warehouse pre-build. Before any booth ships, it is fully assembled and inspected at our Las Vegas facility, and you approve preview photos. That means the on-site install is replication of an approved build — not first-time assembly under deadline pressure. For markets where freight distance and union rules add risk, that single practice is what protects the show date.
Every project runs through one dedicated project manager from kickoff to load-out, backed by in-house 3D designers, graphics production, and certified install and dismantle crews. Quotes arrive within 24 hours with a custom 3D rendering and one all-inclusive number — no separate drayage, electrical, or labor bill after the show.
